Junior Accountant (Hybrid Orlando, FL)
We are looking for a Junior Accountant for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will Perform accounting functions including compilation of financial information, journal entry processing, reconciliations, and the analysis of data.
This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role. (4-day 10-hour shifts per week), hybrid role at Orlando, FL.
MUST be a US citizen. Great role for a recent college graduate
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered
Responsibilities:
- Records, classifies, and summarizes financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
- Initiates and processes journal entries into various accounts.
- Reconciles accounts as required and resolves differences.
- Provides financial information as required to management.
- Uses various software tools such as spreadsheets and databases to provide supporting documentation for schedules and journal entries.
- Perform analyses on various balance sheet accounts such as inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Requirements:
- Some experience in accounting preferred (not required).
- 2 years of experience with Excel.
- Candidates with a CPA is preferred.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
